When Should I Submit my research proposal to Local Ethics Committee

The research was defined in the law and regulations of ethics of research on living creatures as (A systematic experimental investigation aiming at improvement of biosciences or enrichment or development of general knowledge by using a living creature or parts thereof). Therefore, any act that falls under this definition must be submitted to a local ethics committee. After that, the
local committee reviews it and issues a decision if it needs ethical approval or not.
